研究经历:
主要从事遗传转化、基因工程、基因编辑、植物修复等相关研究,主要研究工作如下:(1)基于愈伤组织介导的遗传转化,首次在水生植物紫萍中建立了叶状体转化法,并用于正向和反向遗传学的分子功能研究;(2)构建了三个基因共表达和多基因敲除载体,将共表达载体转入植物后,三个基因的功能得到了整合,最终成功获得镉高富集和强耐受性的株系。目前,以第一作者、共同作者身份发表SCI论文12篇;主持过大学生课外科技活动,参与过淡水生态与生物技术国家重点实验室开放课题、青年项目、国家重点研发计划项目、面上项目、中日合作项目等。
